Bandfilter UF
Our high-quality UF bandfilters are produced in stainless steel.
They are mainly used for filtration of lubricants, oils and process fluids from cleaning systems and CNC-machines.
The bandfilters are produced in different sizes depending on customer needs and can filtrate up to 600 liters pr. minute. They use filtration paper which can be acquired in different types depending on the application. The bandfilters can be used separately as stand-alone-units or a build-in unit for larger filtration systems.

FEATURES

Produced with a stainless steel frame.
Frequency-regulated
The frequency-regulated gear motor ensures gentle and slow movement of the filter paper which improves filtration significantly.
Analog control panel
The bandfilter includes a simple control panel including alarm lamps to provide information about filter paper status etc.
Hydrostatic bandfilter
The bandfilter works with the hydrostatic principle which means it’s efficient and consumes the filter paper optimally. This reduces the operation cost and results in better filtration.
Level sensor
The level sensor ensures precise use of filter paper. No hysteresis.
CE - European machine directive
The bandfilter is produced in Denmark in accordance with the European machine directive.
Paper sensors
The bandfiller has built-in sensors for low paper and full paper.
